Postage and handling

We ship Australia wide within 2 business days of payment clearing. All orders received on the weekends will be processed immediately on Monday. Shipping times differ depending on the destination address.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express delivery which normally takes 1 to 3 business days.
* Next business day delivery guaranteed only for customers within the next business day network.

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your goods. To track your item, simply go to the Australia Post website and input the consignment number.

If you would like delivery to an international destination, please contact us first for a quote on the shipping fee.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction and will do our best to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. You may exchange your item for a different size or style within 7 days of receiving the goods, subject to availability.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply email us as soon as possible with the style, size and colour you require so we can reserve it for you. 

Then return the item(s) unworn and in their original condition in a postpak or box within 7 days of receiving the goods, to:

Please also include a self addressed return postpak so we can post your new item back to you.

When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as Runway Boutique is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to us when returning an item for an exchange.

Exchanged items will only be dispatched upon receipt of the original items.

An exchange will not be processed if the goods returned are damanged, worn or unfit for resale and do not conform with our returns policy.
